    Product Details

    Please enter the product code and name, batch code and number of pieces involved in the complaint.

    The batch code is usually printed on the product packaging, bottle, tube, label or box. It may appear near the expiry date, production code or barcode.

    Reason for Complaint

    Please indicate the type of issue encountered by selecting one or more of the following categories: Product, Packaging, Logistics, or Other. At least one option must be selected for your complaint to be processed.

    Complaint Category

    Please describe the problem clearly, including all relevant details related to the selected complaint category or categories.

    You may upload photos, videos or documents that help us evaluate the complaint. Accepted file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP4, MOV. Maximum file size: 10 MB.
